Include manufacturer, complete MPN, quantity and required date. Keep customer references in their own column. Use one row for each requested variant.
Flag purchasing constraints
Identify critical lines, allowed alternatives, packaging, date-code limits and required documentation. State whether partial deliveries are acceptable.
Check the quotation line by line
Compare quoted part numbers and quantities with the source BOM. Clarify deviations and confirm delivery terms before ordering. Keep the agreed revision of the list with the quotation.
