Your enquiry data

How the website handles the information you send through the enquiry form.

Information you provide

The form collects the contact details, part references, requirements and optional files that you choose to submit. They are used to review the enquiry and respond to it. Do not include passwords or unrelated personal information.

Delivery and storage

Requests are emailed to sales@sztaiyan.com. The website keeps a delivery record and a copy of the request for up to 30 days. Restricted-access backups may retain earlier copies. Correspondence in the sales mailbox may be retained separately for enquiry and order handling.

Questions about your data

For questions about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry data, write to sales@sztaiyan.com and include the request reference if available.
